Terms of service: AFFILIATION: Connection Concierge is a service provided through parent company, Purple Crayon Factory, LLC Payments for the Connection Concierge service will be processed by Purple Crayon Factory, LLC. RESPONSIBILITY: Connection Concierge may provide ideas, opinions or referrals but it is up to you whether you decide to follow up on them. We are not responsible for the outcome of any suggestions or referrals made. You are entirely responsible for the choices you make. CONFIDENTIALITY: Connection Concierge is comprised of a team of business networking experts that will brainstorm resources and ideas for you. This means that the team will need to discuss your intake form in order to be of the best service to you. If you would like the Connection Concierge to make introductions for you, we will need to share basic information about you and/or your business with that person. We will otherwise keep our work together confidential unless you agree to share your information (such as providing a testimonial). EXPENSES: If the services requested require expenses beyond time, you will be notified in advance and invoiced accordingly. For example, if you would like the Connection Concierge to make long distance phone calls on your behalf. This would also apply if you ask the Connection Concierge to make an introduction for you in a setting that requires mileage and expenses such as meeting at a coffee shop, restaurant or event. SERVICES: We have set up the Connection Concierge service in a way that relies on good faith and generosity while staying attuned to your budget. There are three levels of Connection Concierge service: 1) "Urgent" (you'd like a response and suggestions within 24 business hours), $135 2) "On the Radar" (you are basically reserving time on our radar and will receive a response within a month of your request), $45 for a one-time basis. (If the Connection Concierge believes that we can provide a wealth or ongoing connections useful for your unique business needs, we handle your immediate request and may suggest working with the Connection Concierge on retainer for continuing business connection support.) 3) If you would prefer a personal consultation, that is available at $90 for up to 1 hour by phone or in person. The intake fee is fully refundable if the Connection Concierge cannot be of service. If you are on a tight timeframe and do not have much flexibility, we recommend that you submit the "Urgent" intake or that you contract with us on a fee per service basis. If the Connection Concierge service is a fitting and valuable service for you, please use the online payment system to initiate the service. If you prefer to pay by check, send payable to Purple Crayon Factory, LLC c/o 5116 - 31st Ave S, Minneapolis, MN 55417. Service will begin when payment is received in full. The optional tip system means that if you find the service to be an exceptional experience, you may send the Connection some monetary love to express your appreciation (it is up to whether you tip and at what amount). FEEDBACK: Please let us know how we are doing in providing resources, ideas or connections for you. If we are not quite on the right track, don't hesitate to tell us. We don't want to waste your time or ours if we are not providing great and useful connections for you. There is also an online feedback form that we'd appreciate if you'd fill out after your experience with the Connection Concierge business connections service. SCOPE: While the Connection Concierge is a creative and resourceful service, we cannot guarantee that we'll be able to suggest useful business connections, ideas and resources for you. If Connection Concierge is unable to serve you for any reason, we will let you know and refund your payment. ETHICS: Connection Concierge will always strive to provide positive and useful connections and ideas for you. If you find that any of the connections suggested do not meet up to your expectations, please let us know. The Connection Concierge takes pride in creating win-win connections and communicating with trust and integrity. By using the Connection Concierge service, you agree to represent yourself accurately, honestly and professionally to us and to any contacts and resources we may suggest to you.
